Fir wood screen printing frame, supplied empty: you fit the polyester mesh with the mesh count you need and fix it with a staple gun and staples. It has the same size as our aluminium frames, 56 x 46 cm outside and 50 x 40 cm inside, so you can use the same emulsion scoop coaters and squeegees.

Wood costs less than aluminium and suits short runs. Over time water and inks can make it warp, but the mesh can always be replaced and stretched again.
