1600 mm electric cold laminator
This electric cold laminator applies protective and self-adhesive films to large prints without heat. Print shops, sign makers, photo labs and framers use it for posters, banners, self-adhesive vinyl and photographs up to 160 cm wide.
The motor drives the material through the rollers at an adjustable speed from 0 to 3 metres per minute, and the roller pressure is set to the thickness of the job: a sheet of photo paper or a rigid board up to 23 mm.
The built-in automatic release liner take-up winds up the film backing as it peels off, so one person can run the job without liner piling up on the floor or getting caught in the rollers.
Why cold lamination
- No heat on the print. Vinyl, solvent prints and heat-sensitive media do not warp or change colour.
- No warm-up time. Switch it on and start laminating.
- Protection against water, UV light, dust and scratches, with the right film.

Does it also laminate hot?
No, it works cold only. It is made for self-adhesive films and prints that must not be heated.
What is the maximum thickness?
Up to 23 mm. Roller pressure is adjusted to the thickness of the material.
Is film included?
No. The box contains the laminator, and the floor stand. Film is sold separately.
How much space does it need?
The machine measures 1960 × 480 × 1170 mm and weighs 125 kg. Leave room in front and behind for prints going in and coming out.
