Our screen printing machines and 1400mm laminators are designed and manufactured in Italy by us for professional, reliable use. All our machines include a 2-year commercial warranty.
As direct manufacturers, we handle service, repairs, and support in-house. Spare parts are stocked at our Italian facility, helping us reduce downtime and provide fast interventions.
How the warranty works
- Initial Assessment: We’ll send you a short set of questions and may request photos/videos to understand the issue. If it’s a known and easy fix, we’ll provide a solution via email or WhatsApp.
- Technical Support: If further help is needed, we’ll schedule a call with one of our technicians/engineers to identify and solve the issue. We’ll support you until it’s fully resolved.
- In-House Repair: If the issue can’t be solved remotely, we’ll arrange the return of the defective parts (or the machine when necessary) for inspection and repair at our facility in Italy, ensuring quick turnaround.

Scope of the Warranty
- Inspection upon Delivery: Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery for completeness, obvious defects, and transport damages within 7 days of receipt. This allows us to address transport-related issues with the carrier.
- Coverage: The warranty covers any malfunction that prevents proper operation, provided it is not due to misuse.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover cosmetic damages, misuse, negligence, improper assembly, installation, use, operation, or maintenance, or any modifications to the product.
Post-Warranty Support
Even after the warranty period, we remain committed to helping you maintain and repair your machine. Our machines are designed to be easily repairable—often requiring only a replacement part. As manufacturers, we keep spare parts in stock in Italy and guarantee availability as long as parts remain available on the market.
- Diagnosis Support: We assist in diagnosing issues with your machine.
- Replacement Parts: If the problem is identified remotely, we’ll send the required parts. You’ll be charged only for the part and shipping.
- In-House Repair: If an in-house diagnosis is needed, we can arrange the machine’s return. You’ll be charged only for time spent, parts, and shipping.
Legal Mentions
Purchaser Remedy
Our sole obligation and the purchaser’s exclusive remedy is to service or replace any product determined to be defective. We reserve the right to inspect any product involved in a warranty claim.
We will accept the return of merchandise we acknowledge as defective, offering repair or replacement (complete or in parts). In cases of cosmetic damage, we may offer compensation for the reduction in value of the defective product.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or production, or commercial loss. Our liability shall not exceed the price of the product on which liability is asserted. Users accept all resulting liability from the use, setup, assembly, modification, or misuse of our products.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable law. This warranty provides specific legal rights, and you may have other rights. We reserve the right to change and modify this warranty at any time without notice.
