Our company offers all customers comprehensive technical support relating to repairs, spare parts, maintenance, and consumables.
Warranty Conditions
- Warranty Period: All devices are covered by a warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Warranty Scope: KEY is liable for design or material defects that occur during the warranty period, with the exception of wear parts.
- Exclusion from Warranty: Damage caused by improper use of the equipment, by negligence, or by third-party intervention is excluded from the warranty.
Warranty Handling and Return Costs
- Device Warranty: A 12-month warranty from the date of purchase applies.
- Spare Parts: Spare parts are available in our warehouse.
- Service Location: Warranty services are exclusively performed at our center.
- Return Costs: The costs for returning the device via courier for warranty service are to be borne by the customer.
Goods Replacement and Notification of Defects
- Notification of Defects: Complaints regarding faulty or defective goods must be reported to us immediately, and no later than 8 days after receipt of the goods, in writing (via letter, fax, or email).
- Authorization for Replacement: A replacement of the goods must be pre-authorized by us in writing (via letter, fax, or email).
- Return of Goods: The return of the goods must be freight prepaid and with delivery costs paid to our warehouse.
