Pad Printing Ink White

The ink of the "Tampo Plus" series is an ink made of one or two components specially formulated for pad printing that has great flexibility of use thanks to its excellent adhesion to different surfaces.

Tampoplus inks can be printed on a variety of surfaces such as paper, cardboard, glass and metal, polycarbonate, PVC, ABS, PET, PETG and generally, on most types of plastic surfaces.

In the most difficult surfaces on which the single component ink doesn’t have excellent adhesion, a catalyst must be used. In such cases we suggest using the Hardener 3000 in a proportion 5-10%. When a product catalyses (3-5%) the mix will be usable for about 6 hours, and after this the product should be thrown away as it will no longer be working. When using the product with its catalyst and drying at room temperature, one should be aware that the chemical and physical resistances appear after 24 hours of printing only.

We advise you to always do a try out test before beginning any work.

The main use of these inks is the pad printing on a variety of surfaces. Given the excellent coverage and easy use of this product, it is used in various industrial applications.

These types of inks have excellent printability and a high degree of definition. They have a shiny appearance; good scratch resistance and good coverage in all colours due to their high pigmentation.

All colours of the "TAMPOPLUS" Series follow the FPT (food packaging and toys) rules that are suitable for printing onto toys and are in conformity with the rules of the CEE - EN 71 Part III.
