55T aluminium screen printing frame for fabric, 56 x 46 cm (A3+)
Pre-stretched aluminium frame with white 55T polyester mesh, ready to use: coat it with emulsion, expose it and you can print. 55T is the most used mesh for T-shirts, sweatshirts and uniforms: it lets enough ink through to cover well even on dark fabrics and still keeps details clean. It works on both manual and automatic screen printing machines.
Pack of 4 frames: to print up to four colours, with one frame ready for each colour.
How it is made
- 3 cm high profile: the frame stays stiff even with the mesh stretched and flexes less while printing.
- Sandblasted profile: the rough surface helps the glue grip better.
- Mechanically stretched to 22 N/cm: even tension across the whole surface, for consistent prints.
- Kiwo two-component glue: the mesh stays firmly bonded to the profile and holds its tension over time.

Which mesh to choose
- 55T (this frame): T-shirts and cotton fabrics, dark ones too, with plastisol and water-based inks.
- 77T: blended fabrics, nylon and synthetic materials, with finer details than 55T.
- 100T, yellow mesh: paper, card and PVC, with fine details and thin lines.
